The Switch is a specialized course designed for the assessment and management of musculoskeletal soft tissue disorders, including muscular pain, fascia restrictions, and myofascial trigger points.
This program focuses on developing strong clinical reasoning skills to help clinicians identify whether the muscle needs activation (Switch On) or inhibition and release (Switch Off), based on accurate assessment and understanding of the underlying dysfunction.
Participants will learn how to evaluate soft tissue conditions, understand tissue healing stages, and apply a wide range of manual and instrument assisted techniques. The course integrates evidence based practice with intensive hands on training covering multiple approaches including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and cupping therapy.
Through practical application and real clinical scenarios, this course enables therapists to confidently manage soft tissue related problems and improve patient outcomes.
