The Pelvic Power is a specialized course designed to provide a comprehensive approach for the assessment and rehabilitation of pelvic floor dysfunctions in women’s health.
This program focuses on understanding pelvic floor muscle (PFM) function, lumbopelvic biomechanics, and the interaction between breathing, intra abdominal pressure, and load transfer. Participants will gain in depth knowledge of pelvic girdle anatomy, muscle physiology, and common dysfunctions including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and sexual dysfunction.
The course integrates evidence based assessment tools with practical rehabilitation strategies, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modern electrotherapy techniques. Through hands on training and clinical application, participants will develop the skills required to manage pelvic health conditions effectively within a patient centered framework.
