Foundation of ACL Reconstruction (ACLR)

•Understand ACL anatomy, biomechanics & role in knee stability

•Explain biomechanics of ACL injuries

•Interpret radiological findings

•Perform special tests for ACL assessment

•Identify injury mechanisms & risk factors

•Evaluate surgical vs. conservative management

•Apply cross-bracing protocols for ACL rehab

Day 2:

Surgical & Post-Operative Management

•Develop pre-operative management plans

•Compare different surgical techniques

•Apply post-operative rehab protocols

•Manage complications effectively

•Use motor learning principles for recovery

•Determine return-to-sport criteria
